Fluoride Toothpaste/Mouthwash Questions? - mouthwash active ingredient

What is the best type of fluoride toothpaste and why? If the site from every source he can find. It is very serious, I do not want my tooth to fall:). What do I need for the active ingredient in a fluoridated toothpaste? I also use a mouthwash Listerine with fluoride and the main ingredient is sodium fluoride. Has anyone other suggestions? Can I chew an excess of fluoride supplement for the counter, or the tablet power?

If you want the best health for your teeth and future health of your body DON'T USE FLUORIDATED toothpaste!Even if you decide to use fluorided tooth paste you differently don't want to swallow it. Read the warning on the back of your toothpaste tube. The stuffs poison and you CAN get to much. See www.fluoridealert.org for more information and see story in pictures at myspace.com/crystalthepink

Sodium fluoride is the active ingredient. However, be careful because it is possible to take too much to himself. Excess fluoride causes fluorosis, which may cause the brown spots / stains on the tooth enamel. If you use a fluoride toothpaste and drinking fluoridated water, which should be sufficient.

For photos that fluorosis is as follows:

Sensodyne. My orthodontist I insisted on using it. At the highest concentration is of fluoride, without a doctor's prescription. (Yes, there are prescription toothpastes). I used to have very sensitive teeth and are now much better.

Peroxide is good for the gums. You can use this color, but you know horrible. I use a mixture of half of the mouthwash (for flavor) and half peroxide. The peroxide is completely safe put in your mouth.

The dentist told me that all toothpastes are more or less the same. It's just one you like best.
